Your contribution is more than supporting summer fun. Every donation is an investment into the lives of people in South Mississippi and beyond. Through camp, we promote life-changing experiences for friends with disabilities. We build character in teenagers. We promote a service-oriented community.
How does an all-volunteer, non-profit camp thrive for over 50 years? One donation at a time! Civitan Camp exists due to generous donations from committed contributors, like you. Every dollar, every bottle of soap, every hour of work is valued! All administrative staff, staff members, and counselors are volunteers; therefore, 100% of the donations go to the operation of the camp.

SUPPLIES: Each year, the Civitan Camp operating costs are approximately $50,000.00, not including in-kind contributions. This includes food, cleaning supplies recreation items, art materials, games, and more!
AMAZON WISH LIST: Supply needs are updated routinely, and ordering/delivery directly for the camp is easy as the click of a button! Remember to include your name so we know who to thank!
SCHOLARSHIPS:
Donors may provide financial support for scholarships for children and adults with disabilities who need monetary assistance to participate. Children and adults with
significant disabilities are asked to contribute $125.00 to participate in the week-long camping experience. Scholarships are provided for anyone who needs assistance.
ENDOWMENT FUND: To ensure funding of the Abbie Rogers Civitan Camp for years to come, the Hattiesburg Civitans seek to raise $400,000.00 and use the interest to fund camp.
