Over 50 years ago, Abbie Rogers, founder, asked the Hattiesburg Civitan Club to donate a few cots to take camping - as the saying goes, the rest is history.

The Hattiesburg Civitans are small in number with a large commitment: to fund camp year after year. Generous donations from the community, along with the annual Civitan Golf tournament keep Abbie Rogers Civitan Camp thriving.
